Syarat dan Ketentuan Tiket

Tiket untuk Kompetisi ini dikeluarkan oleh dan tetap menjadi hak milik Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI).

• Hanya pemegang tiket yang diizinkan memasuki Stadion dan mengakses area yang ditentukan pada tiket ini. Tiket hanya berlaku untuk tanggal dan waktu yang tertera.
• Tiket tidak dapat ditukar, dikembalikan, atau diuangkan.
• Tiket yang rusak, hilang, atau dicuri tidak akan diganti.
• Semua jenis tiket tidak boleh diperjualbelikan kembali dan digunakan untuk kegiatan promosi atau komersial tanpa izin tertulis terlebih dahulu dari PSSI.
• Dilarang keras untuk membawa barang berbahaya, senjata, zat ilegal atau terlarang, minuman beralkohol, petasan/flare, dan bahan peledak
• Pemegang tiket wajib memberikan kerjasama penuh dan mengikuti pemeriksaan atau verifikasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak berwenang.
• Pemegang tiket membawa barang pribadi ke venue dengan risiko mereka sendiri.
• Fotografi komersial, rekaman audio, atau video dilarang keras.
• Merokok di venue dilarang kecuali di area yang ditentukan.
• PSSI berhak, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, untuk melakukan perubahan pada waktu, tanggal, pengaturan tempat duduk, dan lokasi kompetisi.
• PSSI berhak, tanpa pengembalian uang atau kompensasi, untuk menolak masuk atau mengusir individu yang perilakunya dianggap tidak tertib, tidak pantas, atau yang mengancam keamanan atau kenyamanan orang lain.
• Pemegang tiket secara tegas menyetujui rekaman atau fotografi gambar, suara, dan/atau kemiripan mereka, dan setuju untuk penggunaan oleh PSSI, agen, dan mitra mereka secara permanen dalam segala media untuk segala tujuan di seluruh dunia, tanpa pembayaran kompensasi.
• Sejauh yang diizinkan oleh hukum, PSSI, Panitia Lokal, dan pengelola venue tidak bertanggung jawab atas cedera pribadi, kematian, atau kerugian/kerusakan pada barang pribadi yang timbul sehubungan dengan pertandingan, atau barang yang hilang, dicuri, atau rusak.
• Syarat dan ketentuan tiket dapat diubah dari waktu ke waktu untuk mencerminkan perubahan dalam aturan masuk, hukum yang relevan, dan persyaratan regulasi.
• Pemegang tiket diharuskan masuk sesuai dengan pintu yang tertera pada e-ticket.
• Pemegang tiket wajib untuk membawa kartu identitas.
• Bagi semua pemegang tiket yang telah menerima konfirmasi pemesanan, dilarang membagikan tiket kepada orang lain melalui media apapun.
• Anak-anak harus didampingi oleh orang tua/wali. Anak-anak di atas 3 tahun dan/atau lebih dari 120 cm harus memiliki tiket.
• Anak-anak di bawah 3 tahun tidak perlu membeli tiket dan hanya dapat duduk di satu kursi bersama pendamping dewasa.

Terms & Conditions

Tickets to this Competition are issued by and remain the property of the Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI)

• Only holders of this ticket shall be permitted entry to the Stadium and provided access to the specific areas as designated on this ticket. Tickets shall only be valid on the date(s) and time(s) as indicated on the ticket.
• Ticket shall not be exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
• Any tickets which are damaged, lost or stolen shall not be replaced.
• Tickets shall not be resold and be used as a medium for promotional or commercial activities without prior written approval from PSSI.
• Dangerous materials, weapons, illegal or unlawful substances, fire and explosives are strictly prohibited.
• Ticket holders shall provide full cooperation and submit to any search or verification conducted by relevant authorities.
• Ticket holders attend and bring personal belongings to the venue at their own risk.
• Commercial photography, audio or video recordings are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking at the venue is prohibited except in certain designated areas as indicated.
• PSSI reserves the right, without prior notice,to make alterations to the time, date, seating arrangements and venue of the competition.
• PSSI reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission or evict any person(s) whose conduct is deemed disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of the services by others.
• Ticket holders expressly consent to the recording or photography of their image, voice and/or likeness and agree to the use of which by the PSSI, its agent and partners in perpetuity in any and all media for any and all media for any purposes throughout the world, without payment of compensation.
• To the extent permitted by law, the PSSI, Local Organising Committee and venue management exclude any liability (including for personal injury, death or loss or damage to personal property) howsoever arising in connection with a match, property which is lost, stolen or damaged.
• The ticket terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in the rules of admission, relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Spectators are required to enter according to the gate listed on the e-ticket.
• Ticket holders are required to carry an ID card.
• All ticket holders who have received a booking confirmation are prohibited from sharing their tickets with others through any media.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Children over 3 years old and/or over 120cm tall must have a ticket.
• Children under 3 years old are not required to purchase tickets and can occupy the same seat as their adult companion.
